Meet David Tairu

David Tairu

Dean of Athletics

Mr. Morris serves as the Dean of Athletics at iSchool of Lewisville (7-12 Campus). He comes to our campus with over 20 years of teaching and administrative experience. After working as a teacher in Pagosa Springs, CO, he served at a church overseeing the education department. For the past thirteen years, he has worked for ResponsiveEd in various administrative roles, including Athletic Director.

As a native Texan from San Antonio, Mr. Morris is a die-hard Spurs fan but enjoys all sports, whether it be volleyball, football, baseball, or even NASCAR. Outside of athletics, his interests include learning about American military history and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Leslie, love traveling to San Antonio and Colorado as much as possible with their two daughters.

All athletes must have a physical evaluation on file with the Lewisville School of Science & Technology Athletic Department before trying out for any sport teams. Please click the links below (Athletic Packet, Athletic Physical Form, Athletic Handbook) to fill out and sign all necessary documents to be eligible for Lewisville School of Science & Technology Athletics.
